4 requirements

4.1 Materials

The material of the product is beryllium copper alloy.

Beryllium copper alloy Chemical composition.

Be 1.8% to 3.0%

Co + Ni 0.2% or more

Co + Ni + Fe 1.2% or less

Cu + Be + Co + Ni + Fe 99.0% or more

4.2 explosion resistance of beryllium copper alloy

Explosion-proof performance is divided into falling hammer, rotary friction, high-speed impact. Three kinds of explosion-proof performance can not be exploded.

4.3 size

Shall comply with the provisions of 3.2.1 ~ 3.2.15.

4.4 appearance

There should be no obvious scars, there should be no cracks, curling, bending and other defects, the handle should be straight.

4.5 Hardness

Should be above 35HRC.

4.6 Strength

After the inspection product quality should meet the following requirements.

4.6.1 stay wrench opening positive and negative front-end permanent deformation. specifications (10mm ~ 18mm) should be 0.15mm below, (19mm ~

46mm) should be 0.2mm below, and the test rod in contact with both sides of the opening should not be significantly damaged.

4.6.2 bucket lid wrench opening width of the maximum deformation should be 0.5mm below the contact with the square test rod surface should not be obvious

damage.

4.6.3 live wrench worm gear and the meshing of the movement and the movement of the body should be flexible, the deformation of the opening should be 0.5mm below, with the test

4.7.2 Pipe Pliers Active Jaws and adjustment nuts should be reduced in clearance and should be flexible.

5.1 Chemical composition

6.1 Type of inspection
