Compared with SN/T 1984-2007, the main changes are as follows.

- Standard text format is modified to national standard text format for food safety;

- Standard name "import and export cola drinks" to "cola drinks".

- increase the "other food reference implementation" in the standard range.

This standard replaced the previous version of the standard release.

6.1 Extraction

Take the cola sample in a beaker, place it for 60 min, and stir the exhaust with a glass rod. Accurately weigh 150 g (accurate to 0.01 g) cola Sample, add 1 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution to adjust the pH of the solution to about 7. Transfer the neutralized cola sample to 500 mL in the separatory funnel, add 15 g of sodium chloride and 100 mL of ethyl acetate, shake vigorously for 2 min and leave for 10 min.

Layer of organic phase, pre-filled anhydrous sodium sulfate column (in the glass sand core funnel filled with about 15 g anhydrous sodium sulfate, and 20 mL B Ethyl acetate rinse) was collected in a 500 mL round bottom flask. In the separatory funnel,.200 mL of ethyl acetate was added in two portions, 100 mL each time, Repeat the above extraction steps, the combined extract in 40 °C water bath rotation to 3 mL ~ 4 mL, transferred to 15 mL centrifuge tube, with 9 ML n-hexane was washed three times in a round-bottomed flask, and the combined washings were mixed in a 15 mL centrifuge tube and blown nitrogen to near dry at 40 ° C.

6.2 Purification

6.2.1 Determination of organophosphorus pesticide sample solution

HLB solid phase extraction column before use, respectively, with ethyl acetate 3 mL leaching once, 3 mL of methanol and 3 mL of water pretreated twice to keep the column Body moist. The extract of 6.1 was dissolved in 5 mL of a 10% aqueous methanol solution and passed through an HLB solid phase extraction column at 1 drop/sec.

And the tube was rinsed with 10 mL of 5% aqueous methanol and the HLB column was discarded. The rinsing solution from the HLB column was discarded and the vacuum was drained 10 min. Eluting with 9 mL of ethyl acetate. The eluate was collected in a 15 mL centrifuge tube, 3 g of anhydrous sodium sulfate was added, shaken for 3 min, 5000 r/min under the conditions of centrifugation 2 min, the solution transferred to another centrifuge tube, in the 40 °C water bath blowing nitrogen concentrated to near dry, with acetic acid B the ester was set to 1.0 mL and the gas chromatographic FPD was determined.

6.2.2 Determination of organochlorine pesticides Sample solution purification

The extract of 6.1 was dissolved in 1 mL of n-hexane, 0.5 mL of concentrated sulfuric acid was added, the mixture was gently shaken and centrifuged at 5000 r/min for 5 min After taking the upper organic phase into the gas chromatography ECD determination, such as the purification effect is not sufficient, can be added again concentrated sulfuric acid purification.
