GB 21906-2008 — This Chinese standard specifies the medicine class pharmaceutical companies or production facilities of water pollutant discharge limits. This standard applies to existing medicine class pharmaceutical companies or production facilities of water pollutant emissions management.
This standard applies to the Chinese pharmaceutical industry like construction project environmental impact assessment, environmental protection facilities design, environmental acceptance and commissioning completed water pollutant emissions management.
This standard applies to medicinal plants and medicinal animals as the main raw material, according to the national pharmacopoeia, production and Chinese Herbal medicine products in various dosage forms of the pharmaceutical industry enterprises.
Tibetan, Mongolian and other ethnic groups as well as traditional medicine and traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical industrial enterprises of veterinary drugs produced similar water pollution control and management of the enterprise is also applicable to this standard.
