This standard specifies a water pollutant emission control requirements apply to corporate bodies of water discharged to the environment behavior.
Enterprises to set up sewage treatment plants in urban drainage systems that discharge waste water, its pollutant emission control requirements of the enterprise and urban sewage treatment plant according to its sewage treatment capacity or implementation of the relevant standards, and report to the local environmental protection department for filing, urban sewage treatment plant shall ensure discharge of pollutants meet relevant emission standards.
