Alternative.
Catheter size should take precedence table 101 in accordance with the requirements.
The minimum inner diameter of qualified or not, by measuring two perpendicular diameters on the same cross section and calculate the average to check.
An outer diameter of qualified or not, using a ring gauge or other appropriate means to check.

10.2.1 catheter is subjected to a pressure test.
Note. Parts of the pressure test is under consideration.
Test catheter containing non-metallic materials to begin trials in their manufacture after 10d.
10.2.2 sample length (200 ± 5) mm.
10.2.3 Test before, according to the provisions of Chapter 8 of the measurement samples of outer and inner diameters.
10.2.4 The sample is pressed between two minimum size of 100mm × 220mm × 15mm flat steel specimen long side facing the plate the long side 220mm. Press (15 ± 0.5) mm/min rate of pressure samples in the vertical bending load recorded at the equivalent of the original inner diameter of the sample 5% of the average.

Note 2. The hammer is a hammer mass plus the guide bracket.
10.3.2 test equipment to be placed on a stable surface.
Sample into a temperature (-5 ± 1) °C the freezer 2h.
Samples were taken from the freezer box, 101 V-shaped seat in Fig shown.
Weight drop impact of each sample 1, sample was removed from the freezer to the completion of the impact between the time should not exceed 10s, such as the energy value Specified in Table 102.
Conducted on the impact of the weakest parts of the catheter, but within the range 5mm inlet conduit without impact. The point of impact of the catheter specimen the midpoint of its length.
When 10.3.3 After the test, the sample reached (20 ± 5) °C, the sample in the vertical position, under its own weight and can no initial velocity case, 10.4.3 Specified in the appropriate ball through the catheter. You can not have signs of cracking, or between the inside and outside so that there can be no light or water it cracks.
12 samples should be at least nine have passed the test.
10.4 Bending test
Alternative.
10.4.1 use flexible conduit for this test.
10.4.2 by six lengths suitable sample for this test, three samples were tested at room temperature, and the other three at (-5 ± 1) °C into Line test.
For the test under -5 °C, 2h to put the sample in a freezer.
Test device by the device 102 shown in FIG constitution, conduit bending radius of the minimum bending radius specified by the manufacturer.
GB 20041.24-2009/IEC 61386-24:2004 One end of the sample with a suitable device fixed on the test device, and then the sample was bent nearly 90 ° angle. For in the freezer Box of samples to be taken from inside the freezer 10s bent.
10.4.3 During the test, the sample should not be crushed.
Whether eligibility, use a diameter equal to the manufacturer's declared minimum inner diameter of the sample (95 + 10) percent of the ball by bending around the test apparatus Samples to check.
