2 Introduction

This part of GB 19877 specifies appropriate requirements for the quality of antibacterial and bacteriostatic hand cleaner in accordance with the relevant requirements of antibacterial and bacteriostatic lotion issued by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China. This part is an emergency standard established for strengthening of public health prevention emergency system under the indication of National Development and Reform Commission. It serves as a guideline for management department and manufacturer to monitor and produce such products in case of emergency.

3 Scope Preview

This part of GB 19877 specifies the technical requirements, test method, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of special hand cleaner products. This part of is applicable to the antibacterial and bacteriostatic hand cleaner products which made of surfactant and conditioner (it is not applicable to non-washing products).
