GB 19510.9-2009 is the English-translated version of 灯的控制装置第9部分：荧光灯用镇流器的特殊要求.

GB 19510.9-2009 — This part of GB 19510 specifies the following fluorescent lamps for 1000V 50Hz or 60Hz AC power with a special ballast Requirements (not including ballast resistance).

This section applies to complete ballasts and their component parts, such as. reactors, transformers and capacitors.
