GB 19510.2-2009 is the English-translated version of 灯的控制装置第2部分：启动装置(辉光启动器除外)的特殊要求.

GB 19510.2-2009 — This part of GB 19510 specifies the use of 50Hz or 60Hz 1000V ac power fluorescent and other discharge lamps with starting devices (other than glow starters and triggers) of special requirements.

The starting device can generate no more than 100kV start pulse, and with the IEC 60081, IEC 60188, IEC 60192, IEC 60662, IEC 60901, IEC 61167, GB 18774, GB 16843, GB 19510.9, GB 19510.10 lamp ballasts and other standards prescribed together.

This section does not apply to glow starters or load discharge lamp starter starting device, or manual manipulation. Fluorescent preheating transformer the requirements given by the GB 19510.9. NOTE. glow starter see GB 20550. Performance requirements see GB/T 19655.
