GB 19079 of the provisions of this part of the parachute open spaces should have the basic conditions and basic technical requirements. This section applies to all types of parachute open to the public place.

2 Normative references

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Parachuting place parachutingplace Able to meet the people to parachute training, competition venues, leisure and fitness activities.

3.2 Sport Parachute sportsparachute By the main parachute and parachute composition, made of flexible fabric foldable, work expanded to counteract the force of gravity to mount people Deceleration and return safely to the ground.

3.3 Parachutist parachutist Participants Skydiving.

3.4 Skydiving parachuting Parachutists jump from any aircraft using parachutes sports activities carried out in its entirety or in part, during the fall.

3.5 Skydiving technical guidance personnel parachutinginstructor Skydiving teach theory and skills of the staff.

4 Qualifying

Skydiving technical guidance personnel should hold the relevant national vocational qualification certificate before taking. 5 places, facilities and conditions

5.1 Landing Site

5.1.1 The length should be not less than 150m, a width of not less than 100m.

5.1.2 shall be flat, open, free of obstacles, endanger the safety of the site from the obstacle should not be less than 300m.

5.1.3 should be set clear dividing line between the landing site and the audience area.

5.2 Parachuting equipment

5.2.1 shall sports parachute, altimeter and automatic parachute and other skydiving equipment.

5.2.2 The product shall comply with the relevant technical standards.

5.3 Auxiliary Facilities

5.3.1 should be space radio communications equipment.

5.3.2 shall be identified in the 500m highly visible landing site.

5.3.3 should wind speed, wind direction and pointing device.

6 Security

6.1 should establish and improve the safe production responsibility system for posts, rescue and safety management system, as well as equipment and facilities maintenance system system.

6.2 should develop plans for severe weather and emergency incidents, and regular practice drills.

6.3 shall be provided "Skydiving Safety" and safety warning prominently.

6.4 implementation of the relevant regulations should be skydiving.

6.5 should be equipped with at least two parachute technical guidance personnel.

6.6 should specify the age of 18 skydivers parachuting technical guidance by the staff with jumps.

6.7 parachutists should provide the necessary meteorological information.

6.8 should rescue vehicles, and equipped with drugs and rescue equipment.
