This part of GB 19079 specifies the puck open spaces should have the basic conditions and technical requirements. This section applies to all types of hockey open to the public place.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Puck place icehockeyarea Place to meet people to hockey training, competition, fitness and leisure activities.
Note. Includes indoor ice rink and outdoor ice rink.
3.2 Hockey equipment icehockeyfacilitiesandequipment When people need to use the hockey event equipment and safety equipment.
Note. Supplies include hockey skates, hockey sticks, hockey; hockey protective gear including helmets, elbow pads, chest protector, shin, gloves, drop pants, jockstrap, neck protection and so on.
3.3 Puck technical guidance personnel icehockeytechnicalinstructor Teaching theory and skills of ice hockey personnel.
4 Qualifying
4.1 puck technical guidance personnel should hold the relevant national vocational qualification certificate before taking.
4.2 First aid personnel should go through relevant training and proved. 5 places, facilities and conditions
5.1 indoor ice rink
5.1.1 hockey venue Ice hockey venues per capita area of not less than 15m2, ice hockey and other skating venue site should be isolated.
5.1.2 ice surface temperature Ice surface temperature should not exceed -3 °C.
5.1.3 ice thickness Ice thickness not less than 3.5cm.
5.1.4 ice requirements Ice surface should be smooth, flat, clean, and shall not affect the skating cracks.
5.1.5 boundary wall Ice shall be provided around the boundary wall, the height measured from the ice surface shall not be less than 1.17m. It should be provided with a minimum of two entrances and a sweeping ice car Entrance. Boundary wall to the side of the ice surface should be smooth, no projections, the boundary wall junction gap should not be greater than 3mm.
5.1.6 rink lighting Ice rink illumination should be not less than 400lx.
5.1.7 protection facilities Within rink channel shall be covered with a protective plastic mat skates, ice field facilities and equipment should be made of product quality inspection certificate.
5.1.8 protective glass Boundary wall should be installed in special protective glass, the height should not be less than 60cm.
5.1.9 Protection Network Ice rink outside the goal behind the rink if people activities in border wall behind the goal should install protective nets, which should ensure a high degree of Hockey not fly off.
5.1.10 goal Welding goal should be no breaks, open solder.
5.2 outdoor rink
5.4 Auxiliary Facilities
5.4.1 rink shall be provided with dressing area.
5.4.2 shall be provided toilet.
5.4.3 shall be provided with broadcasting equipment.
5.4.4 Public instructions should be consistent with the identification GB/T 10001.1 requirements. 6 health, environmental management Rink sanitation should meet the requirements of GB 9664's.
7 Security
7.1 should establish and improve the safe production responsibility system for posts, rescue and safety management system, equipment and facilities maintenance system, environmental management and health And other systems.
