This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

Drafting.

This document supersedes GB/T 15081-1994 "Technical Regulations for Hygiene and Safety in Glass Factory Industry" and is consistent with GB/T 15081-1994.

Compared to previous versions, aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Security-related content has been removed (see the full 1994 edition);

b) The relevant descriptions of the refractory materials workshop and the box (rack) making workshop have been deleted (see the full text of the 1994 edition);

c) Descriptions of technologies such as coal-fired brick kilns and coal-based glass melting have been removed (see 3.1.4 and 3.1.10.2 of the 1994 edition);

d) Requirements related to the flat drawing and drawing processes have been removed (see 3.3.1.2 and 3.3.4.2 in the 1994 edition);

e) Content related to raw material crushing and screening has been removed (see 3.6, Chapter 4 of the 1994 edition);

f) The general rules were amended (see Chapter 4, 3.1 of the 1994 edition);

g) Added site selection (see 5.1);

h) Dust and gas protection have been modified (see 6.1, 3.6 of the 1994 edition);

i) Changes were made to heatstroke prevention and cold protection (see 6.2, 3.3 in the 1994 edition);

j) Production process technologies related to flat drawing and drawing forming have been removed (see 6.2.2 and 6.2.3 in the 1994 edition);

k) Noise and vibration protection has been modified (see 6.3, 3.4 of the 1994 edition);

l) Increased natural light and illumination (see 6.4);

m) Added personal protective equipment (see Chapter 7);

n) An auxiliary room was added (see Chapter 8).
