This Clause of GB 13140.1-2008 is applicable.
Addition:
This Part of GB 13140 applies to connecting devices with screwless-type clamping units primarily suitable for connecting unprepared conductors.
In this Part, screwless-type terminals are referred to as terminals.
NOTE: This standard does not include insulation piercing connecting devices (GB 13140.4), twist-on connecting devices (GB 13140.5) and flat, quick-connect terminations (GB 17196).
