This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This Part replaces GB 11658-1989 "PVC resin plant health protection zone standard" compared with GB 11658-1989 Main Technical changes are as follows.

--- Adjust the standard name, and according to GB/T 1.1-2009 standard structure adjustment;

--- Amendments to the definition of health protection distance, increasing the sensitive area of complex terrain two terms and definitions;

1 Scope
