1 Scope

This guiding technical document specifies the structure of the forensic science standard system.

This guidance technical document is applicable to the revision of forensic scientific standards.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 13016 and GA/T 1136-2014 apply to this document.

4 Standard system table code coding rules

Forensic science standard code coding rules should meet the requirements of GA/T 1136-2014.

The forensic science standard code is composed of Arabic numerals and letters, and the specific instructions are as follows.

The first layer. according to the standard category, with 1 Arabic numerals. Among them. 1 indicates basic standards, 2 indicates technical standards, and 3 tables Show management standards.

The second layer. According to the professional areas of the public safety industry standard system, 03 represents the forensic science standard.

The third layer. According to the division of the first-level profession in the field of forensic science, it is represented by 2 Arabic numerals. Among them. 01 means poison, 02 means Fingerprint, 03 means physical and chemical, 04 means video image, 05 means forensic medicine, 06 means forensic material evidence, 07 means electronic material evidence, 08 means voiceprint, 09 Indicates traces, 10 indicates documents, 11 indicates police dogs, 12 indicates psychological, and 13 indicates others.

The fourth layer. according to the specific business type of the professional field, you can choose to further subdivide the first-level business, using 2 Raber number representation.

The first layer. When the fourth layer of classification can not meet the professional needs, you can continue to subdivide. In the detailed list, all standard code digits need to be guaranteed Consistent, the missing levels are filled with "00".

The penultimate layer. According to whether the standard belongs to the public safety industry, it is represented by 1 Latin alphabet. Among them. P means public safety Industry professional standards, R means related standards.

The penultimate layer. Sort the standards in order, using 3 Arabic numerals as the sequence code, starting from 001.

The penultimate layer. divided according to the standard level, with 1 Arabic numerals. Among them. 1 means international standard, 2 means national standard Standard, 3 means industry standard.

The penultimate layer. According to the standard nature, it is represented by 1 Latin alphabet. Among them. Q means mandatory standard, T means recommendability Standard, Z indicates a guiding technical document.
