Foreword

This guidance technical document was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This guidance technical document was proposed by the Science and Technology Information Administration of the Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China.

This guiding technical document was drafted by the Ministry of Public Security Science and Technology Information Bureau and the First Institute of the Ministry of Public Security.

Introduction

In order to implement the guidelines of the private network construction standards, this guiding technical document proposes a basic framework for the public security communication infrastructure.

The public security communication industry standard system, and in accordance with GB/T 13016-2009 "Standard System Table Compilation Principles and Requirements" and GA/T 1136-the provisions of the 2014 Public Safety Industry Standard System Table Preparation Rules determine the architecture and document structure and format of the public security communication standards.

The Public Security Communication Standard System Table stipulates the basic system for the publication, preparation, compilation and related standards of public security communications, and is the formulation and revision of the public the main basis of the communication industry standard is to promote the scientific and rationalization of the composition of China's public security communication standards, and to carry out public security it is an important reference material for the research of science and technology in the field and the construction of communication projects in the public security industry.

1 Scope

This guidance technical document specifies the architecture and specific names of the public security communications that have been published, edited, drafted, and related standards.

This guidance technical document is applicable to the standard revision and revision work in the field of public security communication technology and the communication construction work of public security at all levels.
