This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GA/T 961-2011 "Technical Specification for Acceptance of Intelligent Monitoring and Recording System of Highway Vehicles". With GA/T 961-2011 in comparison, in addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the preparation for acceptance of road vehicle intelligent monitoring and recording system, acceptance items and methods, and evaluation of acceptance results.

This standard applies to the inspection and acceptance of the functions, software and hardware, and engineering quality of the intelligent monitoring and recording system for newly built and rebuilt road vehicles.

GA/T 497-2016 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
