Foreword

GA/T 947 "single police law as audio and video recording system" is divided into four parts.

- Part 1. Basic requirements;

- Part 2. Law enforcement recorder;

- Part 3. Management platform;

Part 4. Data interface.

This section is part 2 of GA/T 947.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This section replaces GA/T 947-2011 "single police law and video recorder", compared with GA/T 947-2011 main technical changes as follows.

- the terms "PC", "upload", "download/receive" (see Chapter 3 of 2011);

--- "Classification and coding" to "rating and product coding", and adjust the content (see 4, 2011 edition of Chapter 4);

- modified "quality" (see 6.1.5, 2011 edition 5.1.5);

- modified "enclosure protection" (see 6.1.1, 2011 edition 5.1.6);

- "interface" is modified to "data interface" (see 6.1.1, 2011 edition 5.1.7);

--- Added "driver" (see 6.1.8);

--- Added "viewfinder preview" (see 6.2.1);

- Added "storage" (see 6.2.5);

--- modified "character overlay" (see 6.2.8, 2011 edition 5.2.6);

- the "time correction function" was deleted (see chapter 5.2.8);

--- delete the "host computer system management software features" (see the 2011 edition 5.2.12);

- modified "night vision function" (see 6.2.3, 2011 edition 5.2.13);

- Added "parameter setting" (see 6.2.16);

--- "audio and video pre-recorded, extension of the function" to "audio and video pre-recorded" and adjusted to the basic requirements (see 6.2.1, 2011 edition 5.3.5);

- Added "key document mark" (see 6.2.20);

--- Added "one-click switch" (see 6.2.21);

- Removed the "touch screen operation" function (see Edition 5.3.2 of 2011);

- modify the "Global Positioning System" to "satellite positioning" and modify the content (see 6.3.7, 2011 edition 5.3.9);

--- Remove the "external battery box" (see 2011 edition 5.3.12);

- modified the "field of view" (see 6.4.4, 2011 5.4.4);

--- Increased "geometric distortion" (see 6.4.5);

--- "video" to "video performance" (see 6.4.2, 2011 5.4.5);

--- Change the "Picture Pixels" to "Photo Resolution" and modify the content (see 6.4.7, 2011 5.4.7);

--- Added "storage format" (see 6.4.9);

- modified the "maximum recording interval" (see 6.4.1, 2011, 5.4.8);

- modified "power requirements" (see 6.4.1, 2011, 5.4.9);

- modified "storage media capacity" (see 6.4.1, 2011, 5.4.10);

- Added "timing error" (see 6.4.17);

- modified the "night vision function test" (see 7.3.3, 2011, 6.3.13);

- Added and modified corresponding test methods (see 7.3.16, 7.3.17, 7.3.18, 7.3.19, 7.5.5, 7.5.7, 7.5.9, 7.5.11, 7.5.12).

1 Scope

This part of GA/T 947 specifies the terms and definitions of the law enforcement recorder, classification and product coding, technical requirements, test methods, inspection Rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage.

This section applies to the design, manufacture and inspection of law enforcement recorders. Other video and audio recorder can also refer to the use.
