Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GA/T 870-2010 "Technical Specifications for Acceptance of Red Light Automatic Recording Systems". Compared with GA/T 870-2010, in addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Public Security Traffic Management Research Institute.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Standardization Technical Committee on Road Traffic Management of the Ministry of Public Security.

1 Scope

This standard stipulates the acceptance preparation, acceptance items and methods for the acceptance of the red-light automatic recording system.

This standard is applicable to the inspection and acceptance of the functions, software, hardware, and project quality of the newly-built and rebuilt red-light automatic recording system.
