Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GA/T 742-2007 "vehicle road traffic information display". Compared with GA/T 742-2007, except for editing the main technical changes are as follows.

--- modified the standard name for the "mobile LED road traffic information display" (see standard name, 2007 edition of the standard name);

--- Removed the terms and definitions of "vehicle road traffic information display", "out of control point", "out of control rate", and added "mobile LED road traffic information display "," out of control pixels "terms and definitions, modified the" pixel "," pixel spacing "," display Module "(see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the 2007 edition);

--- modified the classification (see 4.2, 2007 version 4.2);

- modified the electrical performance of the vehicle-mounted mobile information screen (see 5.6.2.7, 5.8, 5.9 in 2007) - increased electrical performance of trailer-type mobile information screens (see 5.6.3);

- modified the test method (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the 2007 edition);

--- Added installation requirements (see Chapter 7).

This standard by the Ministry of Public Security Road Traffic Management Standardization Technical Committee proposed and centralized.

This standard is responsible for the drafting unit. the Ministry of Public Security Traffic Management Science Research Institute, the national road traffic safety product quality supervision and inspection center.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, installation requirements, inspection rules and signs of mobile LED road traffic information display, Packaging, transportation and storage requirements.

This standard is applicable to the design, manufacture, inspection and installation of mobile LED road traffic information display products.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

A movable LED display device for displaying road traffic information.

Pixel pixel

A basic display unit consisting of a single or multiple LEDs that controls its glow and off states.
