Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GA/T 74-2000 "General Graphics Symbols for Security Systems". Compared with GA/T 74-2000, except editability Changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Modify the scope of application of the standard (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2000 edition);

--- Added terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);

--- Modified the classification and numbering of graphic symbols in the original standard, added 142 new symbols, and deleted 71 original symbols (see Chapter 4, Chapter 3 of the 2000 edition);

--- Increased application requirements for graphic symbols (see Chapter 5);

--- Deleted Appendix A of the original standard. Wire graphic symbols were fully revised and included in the "transmission system equipment graphic symbol".

After the symbol has been revised completely, it will be included in the "marking symbols for laying locations and cable laying methods" (see 4.8, 4.9, attached to the 2000 edition).
