This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.
This document is part 1 of GA/T 452 "Technical Specifications for Printing of National Identity Cards". GA/T 452 has issued the following sections.
--- Part 1: Printing quality requirements;
--- Part 2: Technical requirements for printing equipment.
This document replaces GA 452.1-2004 "Technical Specifications for Resident Identity Card Printing Part 1: Printing Quality Requirements", which is the same as GA 452.1-Compared with 2004, except for editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

1 Scope
This document specifies the requirements for printing quality in the process of making resident ID cards, describes the inspection methods, and establishes inspection rules.
This document applies to the production of resident identity cards.

3 Terms and Definitions
GA/T 449-2013 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

4 Quality requirements
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 Personalized Printing Films for Credentialing
Before printing, the personalized printing film for certification should be flat, no warping, no smudges, no obvious scratches, and the peeling strength after flat pressing with the card body is not small.

4.1.2 Front and back film printing alignment deviation
The printing alignment deviation of the front film and the back film is not more than 1mm in both up and down and left and right directions.
