Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

Instead of the standard GA/T 445-2003 "public security traffic control system construction technical specifications", compared with the GA/T 445-2003 Main Technical changes are as follows.

--- Modify the definition of public security traffic control system (see Chapter 3, Section 3 of the 2003 edition);

--- Modify the classification of urban public security traffic control system (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the 2003 edition);

--- Modify the provinces (autonomous) public security traffic control system functional requirements (see 61, 2003 version 5.1 and Chapter 7);

--- Remove the public security traffic control system functions (Chapter 5 of the 2003 edition);

--- Modify the function of urban public security traffic control system requirements (see 62, 5.2,5.3,5.4 and Chapter 7, 2003 edition.);

--- Modify the provinces (autonomous regions) the allocation of resources the public security traffic control system (see 51, 2003 version 6.1.);

--- Modify the allocation of resources City Police traffic control system (see 52, 2003 version of the 6.2, 6.3 and 6.4.);

--- Remove the public security traffic control system the main resource technical performance requirements (Chapter 7 of the 2003 edition);

--- Remove the public security traffic control system Cockpit environmental requirements (Chapter 8 of the 2003 edition);

--- Modify the appendix (see Appendix A, 2003 edition of Appendix A, Appendix B, Appendix C and Appendix D).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the functional requirements of public security configuration and traffic control systems.

This standard applies to the design and construction of public security traffic control system.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Public security traffic management department of the area of road traffic control, system control and service.

4 Category, public security traffic control system

Public security traffic control system is divided into the following two categories.

a) provinces (autonomous) public security traffic control system, the structure of FIG see Figure A. 1;

b) City Police traffic control system, the structure of FIG see Figure A. 2.
