When any abnormal phenomenon exists, such as abnormal urine temperature or color, it should be recorded in the important features of the urine collection supervision record form.
Special signs
m) If necessary, immediately measure whether the temperature, specific gravity and pH of the urine sample with obvious abnormal signs are within the range of reasonable biochemical indicators.
Within. Among them, the urine temperature measurement should be performed within 4min after the urine collection, and the temperature, specific gravity and pH measurement used the equipment should have a certificate of conformity or be calibrated by the metrology department, which can correctly reflect the relevant values of the sample and must not contaminate the sample;
n) There should be a higher level of management personnel to review the urine samples that are likely to be fake at the scene, and sign to decide whether to allow the collected person as soon as possible Collect a second urine sample under the supervision of the collector;
o) If the collected urine temperature exceeds the normal range of 32 ° C to 38 ° C, or the specific gravity is less than 1.010, or the pH value is not between 5 and 7, that is, There may be false leave. At this time, the collected personnel should recollect as soon as possible at the same location under the supervision of the collecting personnel. Two batches of urine samples Products should be submitted for inspection at the same time.
