3 Management requirements of the pubic bone
3.1 Equipment
3.1.1 Extraction equipment
Dissecting saw, disposable large plastic bag, disposable large outer packaging bag (preferably black plastic), disposable gloves, one time Masks, transparent elastic tape, notebooks, labels, markers, etc.
3.1.2 Soft tissue separation and treatment tools
Scalpels, pans, heating equipment, pressure cookers, long tweezers, etc.
3.1.3 Measuring instruments
Measuring ruler, transparent protractor.
3.2 Pubic bone extraction
3.2.1 Pubic bone extraction from ossified corpses
Use a saw to cut off the upper pubic branch at about 3cm outside the pubic tubercle on both sides, and cut off the inferior pubic branch at about 4cm below the pubic limb angle.
3.2.2 Extraction of pubic bone with soft tissue
Use the scalpel above the pubic symphysis to separate the soft tissues of the superior pubic branch, pubic symphysis and inferior pubic branch, and expose them to the pubic angle.
About 4cm below (approximately 2 fingers can be passed), and then saw the upper pubic branch on both sides with a saw at about 3cm outside the pubic tubercle on both sides.
The pubic bone can be removed by cutting off the inferior pubic bone about 4 cm below the pubic limb angle.
3.3 Pre-pubic examination
3.3.1 Pre-examination treatment of ossified pubic bone
After taking out the pubic bone, soak it with 3% ~ 5% washing powder or medical lysate for about 1 day, then rinse it with water with a hair brush to remove the dirt Wait for attachments and check the surface moisture.
3.3.2 Pre-examination treatment of pubic bone with soft tissue
After removing the pubic bone with soft tissue, use a scalpel to cut in the middle of the pubic symphysis, and cut the anterior pubic ligament on the ventral side of the pubic symphysis.
The left and right pubic bones are completely separated, and then boiled in water without adding any chemical reagents. Observe at any time during boiling, find pubic nodules or dorsal side Marginal soft tissue can be separated.
After removing the pubic bone, gently detach all soft tissues including pits with a blunt instrument and blot the surface to check.
For long-term storage, it can be bleached and disinfected in 5% hydrogen peroxide (hydrogen peroxide). After the bone becomes white, it can be removed and rinsed with water.
Dry in a cool place and save after writing the number.
3.3.3 Repair of damaged pubic bone
For damaged pubic bone, it can be repaired with 502 glue, white glue, etc. After the photo is taken, nitro varnish can be sprayed on the surface of the pubic bone for long-term protection.
Save.
3.4 Taking pictures
Photographed by professionals, above the pubic bone (pubic nodules), pubic symphysis, ventral pubic, dorsal pubic, and Inner surface of the subpubic branch. It is required to reasonably use light to take a clear image with three-dimensional effect.
3.5 Record
Detailed record of case number, pubic bone number, inspection unit, inspection personnel, inspection date, packaging situation, processing process, inspection situation, Inspection staff, inspection date, inspection results, etc.
4 Inspection procedure requirements
4.1 Inspection of marginal support angle
4.1.1 Measurement method of edge support angle
4.1.1.1 Mapping measurement method
Place the ventral side of the pubic bone down on flat paper (A4 size), the pen tip is perpendicular to the paper surface, and the pen body is drawn on the dorsal side of the pubic bone joint surface.
Draw the line of the joint surface and draw the line of the inner edge of the inferior pubic bone along the marginal branch angle. Then use a ruler to draw the extension of the two lines.
The device can measure the angle between the two lines. If the running line of the inner margin of the inferior branch of the pubic bone is a curve, the straight section under the marginal branch angle shall prevail.
4.1.1.2 Physical measurement method
With the pubic symphysis facing down, the dorsal side of the pubic symphysis facing the surveyor, lay flat on a flat table with the lower branch facing upward. Measuring angle the measurement baseline of the protractor is placed parallel to the pubic symphysis plane, the protractor's center line is perpendicular to the pubic symphysis plane, and the intersection of the protractor's baseline and the center line is opposite at the point of the marginal branch, observe the angle corresponding to the inner marginal line of the inferior pubic branch. This angle is the marginal branch angle (see Figure 2). If under the pubic bone the running line of the inner edge of the branch is a curve, so the straight section under the edge branch angle shall prevail.
Figure 2 Measurement of marginal support angle by physical measurement
4.1.1.3 Pull wire measurement method
Place the ventral side of the pubic symphysis on the vertebrae disc, and draw a straight line along the dorsal margin of the pubic symphysis and the inner edge of the inferior pubic branch.
Take the angle between these two lines.
4.1.2 Determination of marginal support angle
The value of the marginal branch angle is greater than 137 ° as the criterion for men, and less than 137 ° as the criterion for women.
4.2 Examination of the pubic symphysis
4.2.1 Morphological examination of the pubic symphysis
The male pubic bone is narrow and tall, showing a triangular shape, appearing late on the ventral bevel (appears around 23 years old), and the side edge of the bevel is not obvious; females the pubic bone is relatively wide and low, and is square in shape. The ventral oblique surface appears early (appears around 17 years old), and the side edge of the oblique surface is obviously ribbed or ridged.
4.2.2 Examination and determination of width and height index of pubic symphysis
Pubic symphysis width and height index = pubic symphysis width/pubic symphysis height × 100 (1) According to formula 1, the width and height index of the pubic symphysis is greater than 62.2 for women, and the value is less than 62.2 for men.
4.3 Examination of the inferior branch of the pubic bone
The inferior pubic spine is broad, with the medial edge protruding or straight in the middle, which is presumed to be male; the inferior pubic spine is thin and ventral.
The rolling is obvious, and the inner edge is recessed away from the center line, which is inferred to be female.
4.4 Examination of childbirth scars
At the proximal rim of the dorsal side of the pubic symphysis, if a soybean-sized (or sulcus-shaped) bone depression (ie, childbirth scar) is found, it is female.
5 Judgment of test results
5.1 Expression of positive opinions
After examining and measuring the morphological characteristics of the pubic bone, the morphological characteristics of each index are consistent with the male (or female) characteristics.
The origin of the pubic bone is determined to be male (or female).
5.2 Expression of biased opinions
After testing and measuring the morphological characteristics of the pubic bone, the morphological characteristics of the indicators that can be tested conform to the male (or female) characteristics.
It is inferred that the origin of the pubic bone is male (or female).
