Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard was proposed by the Physical Identification Center of the Ministry of Public Security.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Technical Committee for Photographic Inspection of National Criminal Technology Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC179/SC5).

This standard was drafted. Ministry of Public Security Material Certification Center, Supreme People's Procuratorate Inspection Technology Information Research Center, Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department, public the Third Institute of the Ministry of Justice, the Institute of Evidence Science of China University of Political Science and Law, and the Shanxi Provincial Public Security Department.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the inspection content, inspection requirements, inspection methods, judgment basis and authenticity of the authenticity (integrity) of forensic digital audio.

This standard applies to the authenticity (integrity) test of digital audio data in the identification of audiovisual data in the forensic science field.

2 Instruments and equipment

2.1 Hardware

Voice workstations, audio interfaces, data read-only interfaces, digital audio playback devices, monitor speakers and monitor headphones.

2.2 Software

Audio and video playback software, audio extraction software, format conversion software, data write protection software, comprehensive electronic data analysis software.

3 Steps

3.1 Record of the materials

3.1.1 Take a picture of the storage device and/or storage medium of the sample, and save the screenshot of the path of the digital file in the storage medium.

3.1.2 General requirements for original recording equipment, storage media and audio files.

3.1.3 If the following conditions exist, it can be treated as a special case.

a) the recording device is a special device;

b) The original audio file has been deleted, overwritten, or the recording device has been corrupted and cannot be recovered.

3.2 Identification of the material

Unique identification of the sample (carrier). If the identification is not possible, the hash value of its file is used as the unique identifier.

3.3 Loading of samples

3.3.1 Recording and recording equipment

Connect the recording and recording equipment to the voice workstation through the data cable and data read-only interface, directly copy or use special software to upload load.

Note 1. When the recording and recording device cannot use the data read-only interface, it can be directly connected to the voice workstation through the data cable.

Note 2. When the recording and recording equipment cannot be connected to the voice workstation through the data cable, it can be output to the voice workstation through the audio cable, or wirelessly transmitted.

3.3.2 Mobile Storage Devices

The mobile storage device is connected to the voice workstation through the data read-only interface, and the direct copy is implemented for loading.

Read digital audio through other devices such as optical drives, copy directly or use audio extraction software to load.
