GA/T 1230-2021Format for data exchange of Resident Identity Card making information (English PDF)

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GA/T 1230-2015 "Resident ID Card Information Data Exchange Format", compared with GA/T 1230-2015, the main technical changes are as follows.

---Modified the scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2015 edition);

---Modified the naming and file structure of the exchange data file, and added the naming of the exchange data file accepted by other places (see Chapter 3, 2015) Chapter 3 of the Year Edition);

---Modified the exchange data item of the certificate feedback information, and added the initial management number of the resident ID card (see Chapter 4, 2015 edition of the Chapter 4).

GA/T 1230-2015 shall be repealed from the date of implementation of this standard.

This standard was proposed by the Public Security Administration of the Ministry of Public Security.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Computer and Information Processing Standardization Technical Committee of the Ministry of Public Security.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the data exchange format for information on the production of resident ID cards.

This standard is applicable to population information management system, fingerprint information management system, resident ID card off-site acceptance system, and resident ID card preparation the center (station) manages the data exchange between the information systems.

3 Exchange data file naming

The naming and file structure of the exchange data file conform to the GA/T 1227 regulations.

The exchange information file identifier in the exchange data file name that is not accepted by other places is represented by "ZZJH", and the structure is shown in Figure 1.
