GA/T 1130-2013Technical specifications for road traffic management self-service system (English PDF)

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting is required.

This document replaces GA/T 1130-2013 "Technical Specifications for Self-Service System of Road Traffic Management Business" and is compatible with GA/T 1130-Compared with 2013, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) The requirements for system architecture have been changed (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the 2013 edition);

b) The hardware requirements for self-service terminals have been changed (see 5.1, 5.1 and 5.2 of the 2013 edition);

c) The hardware technical requirements for self-service terminals have been changed (see 5.1.3, 5.4.1 of the 2013 edition);

d) Added power adaptability requirements for self-service terminals (see 5.4);

e) The basic functional requirements for self-service terminal application software have been changed (see 7.2.1, 7.2.1 of the 2013 edition);

f) The extended function requirements for self-service terminal application software have been changed (see 7.2.2, 7.2.2 of the 2013 edition);

g) The motor vehicle business function requirements of the self-service terminal application software have been changed (see 7.2.3.2, 7.2.5 of the 2013 edition);

h) Changed the driver's license business function requirements of the self-service terminal application software (see 7.2.3.3, 7.2.6 of the 2013 edition);

i) Changed the traffic violation handling function requirements of the self-service terminal application software (see 7.2.3.4, 7.2.7 of the 2013 version);

j) The functional requirements of the self-service front-end software have been changed (see 7.3.1, 7.3.1 of the 2013 version);

k) Deleted the data encryption requirement for self-service front-end software (see 7.3.5 of the 2013 version);

l) Deleted the logging and auditing requirements for self-service front-end software (see 7.3.6 of the 2013 version);

m) The functional requirements for the self-service back-end software have been changed (see 7.4.2, 7.4.1 of the 2013 version);

n) Added system safety requirements (see Chapter 9);

o) Changed the self-service application software testing requirements (see 11.3, 10.6 of the 2013 edition);

p) Added system safety testing requirements (see 11.5).

1 Scope

This document specifies the architecture of the road traffic management business self-service system, the self-service terminal, access system, application software technology requirements, as well as data information specifications, system security requirements, information requirements and verification requirements.

This document applies to the development, construction and testing of self-service systems for road traffic management business.
