Foreword
Chapters 5, 6, and 7 of this standard are mandatory, and the rest are recommended.
This standard replaces GA 98-1995 "General Technical Conditions for Prestressed Concrete Floor Fireproof Coatings" from the date of implementation.
The main difference between this standard and GA 98-1995 is that the thermal conductivity requirements are eliminated; the performance requirements of tunnel fire retardant coatings are increased.
experiment method. The test modification for the fire resistance of tunnel fire retardant coatings was carried out using BSEN1363-2:1999 Fireresistance tests-Part 2. Alternativeandadditionalprocedures "Fire Test Part 2. Optional Programs and Additional Programs" and GT-9806398-CVB-R1161FIREPROTECTIONFORTUNNELSPart 1. firetestprocedureforimmer-Sedtunnels "Tunnel Fire Protection Part I. Fire Test Procedure for Buried Tunnels" was formulated.
Appendix A of this standard is a normative appendix.
This standard was proposed by the Fire Department of the Ministry of Public Security.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the 7th Technical Committee of the National Fire Protection Standardization Technical Committee.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
Coated in industrial and civil buildings and on concrete surfaces such as roads and railway tunnels, it can form a fire-resistant thermal insulation layer to improve its structure.
Fire resistant coating with fire endurance.
4 Classification and marking
4.1 Classification
4.1.1 Concrete structure fireproof coating is divided according to the place of use
a) Fire protection coating for concrete components. used for the surface of concrete structural members in buildings.
b) Tunnel fireproof coating. used for the surface of concrete structures of highways and railway tunnels, characterized by non-expanding type.
4.1.2 Fireproof coatings for concrete members are classified according to their characteristics
a) Intumescent type. The coating expands and foams at high temperature to form a fire-resistant and heat-insulating protective layer.
b) Non-expanded type. The coating density is small, and it is fire-resistant and insulated at high temperature.
4.2 Marking
The abbreviation of Chinese Pinyin letters is used as the code name, H stands for fireproof coating, P and F represent expansion type and non-expansion type, respectively, SH stands for the relationship between tunnel fireproof coatings, various types of concrete structure fireproof coatings and code names is as follows.
Intumescent concrete component fireproof coating PH Non-expanded concrete component fire retardant coating FH
