Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GA 68-2019 "Police Stab-Proof Clothing". Compared with GA 68-2019, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main the technical changes are as follows.

--- Added the terms "anti-stab attachment", "thickness of stab layer", "curvature" and their definitions (see 3.5, 3.10, 3.11);

--- Changed the general requirements (see 5.1, 5.1 of the 2019 edition);

--- Changed the appearance requirements (see 5.2, 5.2 of the 2019 edition);

--- Changed quality (see 5.6, 5.6 of the 2019 edition);

--- Increased the thickness of the stab-proof layer (see 5.7);

--- Changed the water immersion resistance performance (see 5.9, 5.8 of the 2019 edition);

--- Increased curvature (see 5.11);

--- The test method has been changed (see Chapter 6);

--- Changed the type inspection (see 7.2, 7.2 of the 2019 edition);

--- Changed the delivery inspection (see 7.3, 7.3 of the 2019 edition);

--- Added test report requirements (see Chapter 8);

--- Changed packaging (see 9.1, 8.1 of the 2019 edition);

--- Changed storage (see 9.3, 8.3 of the 2019 edition);

--- Added stab-proof layer thickness test equipment and procedures, stab-proof accessory test plan, bending test equipment and procedures (see Appendix A, Appendix Appendix C, Appendix D);

--- The stab resistance test equipment and procedures have been changed (see Appendix B, Appendix A of the 2019 edition).

Introduction

The technical requirements for police stab-resistant clothing specified in this document are the results of the "Police Shield-2020" Police Stab-resistant Clothing Challenge organized by the Equipment and Finance Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security.

1 Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions, classifications and codes, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, inspection reports, etc. of police stab-resistant clothing products.

Reporting requirements and packaging, transportation and storage.

This document applies to the research and development, production, inspection and acceptance of police stab-resistant clothing products.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
