Foreword

All technical content of this standard is mandatory.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GA 667-2006 "Explosion-proof Composite Glass". Compared with GA 667-2006, except for editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

---Modified the standard name;

---Modified the terms and definitions of anti-explosive transparent materials and penetration (see 3.1, 3.2, 3.1 and 3.2 of the 2006 edition);

---Added the terms and definitions of explosion center, explosion distance, shock wave overpressure peak, proportional distance, non-contact explosion, and contact explosion (see 3.3~3.8);

---Revised the explosion-proof performance classification, explosion-proof performance classification and product code (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the 2006 edition);

---Added the logo (see 5.2);

---Increase the size and deviation (see 5.3);

---Modified the requirements of light transmittance (see 5.4, 5.2 of the 2006 edition);

---Modified the explosion-proof performance test content (see 5.5, 6.5, Appendix A, 5.3, Chapter 6, and 7.3 of the 2006 edition);

---Modified the inspection rules (see Chapter 7, Chapter 8 of the 2006 edition);

---Modified packaging, transportation and storage (see Chapter 8, Chapter 9 of the 2006 edition).

This standard was proposed by the Science and Technology Information Technology Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security.

Explosion-proof transparent material

1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification, and code, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, transportation and storage of anti-explosive transparent materials.

This standard is applicable to the production, inspection and acceptance of transparent plates such as explosion-proof composite glass that require explosion-proof performance.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

It is a board with anti-explosion ability and light transmittance to meet certain requirements.

penetrate

After the test sample is impacted by the explosion, a transparent hole or penetrating crack appears on the sample.

Heartbreak

The geometric center of the explosion source.

Explosion distance

The distance from the core to the impacted surface of the test sample.

Shock wave overpressure peak the maximum pressure value in the positive pressure phase of the explosion air shock wave.

Proportional distance the ratio of the cube root of the explosion source mass to the explosion distance.
