This document is part 1 of GA/T 454 "Technical Specifications for Flat Pressing of National Identity Cards". GA/T 454 has issued the following sections.

This document replaces GA 454.1-2004 "Technical Specifications for Punching and Cutting of Resident Identity Cards Part 1: Quality Requirements for Flat Pressing", and GA 454.1-Compared with 2004, except for editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
