GA 329 "National Road Traffic Management Information Database Specification" is divided into five parts.

--- Part 1. Data structure of motor vehicle driver license management information;

--- Part 2. Motor vehicle registration information data structure;

--- Part 3. Traffic violation management information database specification;

--- Part 4. Database specification for traffic accident statistics;

--- Part 5. Specification for imported motor vehicle information databases.

This part is the second part of GA 329.

This part is for GA 329.2-2001 "National Road Traffic Management Information Database Specification Part 2. Motor Vehicle Registration Information According to the revision of the Library Specification.

The main changes in this section compared to the original GA 329.2-2001 are.

--- The association between the tables is changed from the number plate number and number plate number to the motor vehicle serial number;

--- Increased chassis information announcement, production company information, photo information, transfer records, logout/recovery records, lock records, and entrusted inspection Inspection records, temporary number plate registration information, etc.;

--- Change the original motor vehicle technical parameter information to product announcement information, motor vehicle transfer form to ownership change history record, motor vehicle the fixed checklist is changed to the inspection history record, and the motor vehicle insurance form is changed to the third party liability insurance record;

--- Adjust some of the fields in the original record table.

This part is proposed by the Traffic Management Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security.

This part is under the jurisdiction of the Computer and Information Processing Standardization Technical Committee of the Ministry of Public Security.

1 Scope

This part specifies the basic content of the data structure of motor vehicle registration information.

This section applies to the application and construction of motor vehicle registration information systems.

2 Normative references

The terms in the following documents become the provisions of this section by reference to this part of GA 329. For dated references, all subsequent amendments (not including errata content) or revisions do not apply to this section, however, an agreement is encouraged under this section.

The parties are studying whether the latest version of these documents can be used. For undated references, the latest edition applies to this section.
