Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

Instead of the standard FZ/T 97003-1991 "weft knitting machine single circular weft knitting machine." Compared with this standard FZ/T 97003-1991, the main differences are as follows.

--- Extends the standard scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 1991 edition);

--- Modify the normative references (see Chapter 2, Section 2 of the 1991 edition);

--- Extension of the "needle nominal diameter," the scope and increase the table (see Table 1);

--- Modified "into many lines" and "speed work" (see 3.2.4 and 325, 1991 version 3.2.4 and 3.2.5.);

--- Added "machine" claim, and "noise, temperature, power consumption," incorporated into the "machine" requirements (see 4.3);

--- Increased "security" clause (see 45, 1991 version 4.7.);

--- Improved "syringe component" accuracy requirements (see 46, 1991 version 4.11.);

--- Change the "weaving triangle" hardness (see 471, 1991 version 4.12.2.);

--- The "single yarn tension variation amount" to "change the amount of yarn tension" and increase its value to "1.4cN" (see 4.11.3, 1991 version 4.10);

--- Added "winder" requirement (see 4.12);

--- Expanded the "applicable environmental conditions" range (see 5212, 1991 version 4.2.1.);

--- Other editorial changes.

1 Scope

This standard specifies sided circular weft knitting machine product categories and basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, Transport and storage.

This standard applies to the nominal diameter of the barrel 305mm/single-sided circular weft knitting machine 12 ~ 1067mm/42's. Barrel less than the nominal diameter 305mm/12 and greater than 1067mm/42 single-sided circular weft knitting machine can also be implemented by reference.
