Foreword

Instead of the standard FZ/T 94041-1995 "sizing machine." the main difference with the standard FZ/T 94041-1995 compared to the technical content as follows.

--- Canceled the high energy consumption, low efficiency of the hot air drying methods and corresponding technical requirements (see the 1995 version of 3.1.3 and 4.5.2);

--- Increased by 2m/min ~ 100m/min high-speed file a sizing machine (see the 1995 version 3.2.4, this version 3.2.4);

--- Increasing the requirements and corresponding test methods for drying apparatus temperature control precision (see this edition 4.4.3 and 5.3);

--- Provides scalable reed requirements (see Excerpts 4.5.2);

--- Modification by mandatory national standards for electrical safety requirements and test methods (see the 1995 version of 4.7 and 5.4, this version 4.6 and 5.4);

--- Increasing the safety performance requirements of the whole machine (see this edition 4.7.2);

1 Scope

This standard specifies the sizing machine product classifications, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to linear density 7.3tex (about 80s) to 97tex (about 6s), single slurry tank warp coverage of 20% to 60% Cotton, hemp, chemical fiber spinning pure and blended staple fiber with a warp sizing machine.
