This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 93036-1995 "electric doffer", compared with the FZ/T 93036-1995 main technical changes are as follows.

--- Increasing the head rate and head rate calculation formula (see 4.4,5.1.4);

--- Modify the transmission system (see 4.5, 1995 version 2.2);

--- Modify the yarn pulling mechanism (see 4.7, 1995 version 2.3);

--- Modify the pipeline, intubation agencies (see 4.6, 1995 version 2.4);

--- Increasing the level of the upper and lower rail surface (see 4.8);

1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification of electric doffing machine and parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to cotton, hemp, wool and chemical fiber pure spinning, ring spinning machine and twisting machine supporting the use of electric doffing machine.
