Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard is an amendment to FZ/T 71007-1999 "Carded yak velvet knitted wool", compared with FZ/T 71007-1999, mainly the technical changes are as follows.

--- Adjusted normative references;

--- Increased safety requirements should comply with the provisions of GB 18401;

--- Graded into superior products, first-class products, qualified products;

--- Major changes to the physical index rating include.

a) The fiber content is changed to the GB/T 29862 standard;

b) Change the average breaking strength of a single yarn to the average breaking strength of a single yarn and include it in Table 1;

c) Increased requirements for assessment of qualified products containing fats and oils;

d) Deleted Note 1 in the original Table 1.

--- The major changes to the color fastness rating include.

a) Cancel the "advanced, first-class product allowed to have a lower half; where there are three items below the half-class or one item below the first grade and one item below the half Classes are reduced to second-class goods; those lower than second-class goods are reduced to other external goods ";

b) increase the requirements for qualified product indicators;

c) Increase sweat-resistance (acidity) and dry-cleaning resistance;

d) The requirements for first-class products of light-resistant dark-color products are changed from grade 3-4 to grade 4;

e) Washable, perspiration-resistant, water-resistant, dry-cleaning, tint-changing, lining-stained, color-changing, stain-staining, and adjustment of corresponding assessment indicators;

f) The resistance to dry friction is changed from grade 3-4 to grade 4 and grade 1 to grade 3-4 (dark grade 3).

--- The main modification contents of the test method are.

a) Increase safety requirements test methods;

b) The resistance to perspiration test was changed to use two methods (acid, lye);

c) The number of physical indicators was changed to FZ/T 71002.

--- Increase the acceptance rules section.

--- Cancel the relevant provisions of the original Appendix A yak hair fiber content, color difference shall not be lower than 4, and add the content of Appendix B Appendix A.

--- Delete Appendix C.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection and acceptance rules, packaging, and signs for carded yak wool knitting yarns.

This standard applies to the identification of carded yak velvet knitted velvet yarn and yak velvet blended knitted velvet yarn with a quality of 30% or more.
