FZ/T 54046-2020Recycled polyester pre-oriented yarn (English PDF)

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 54046-2012 "Recycled Polyester Pre-oriented Yarn". Main technical changes compared with FZ/T 54046-2012 as follows.

---Adjust the standard name (see the cover, the first page of the text, the cover of the 2012 edition, the first page of the text);

--- Adjust the scope of application of the standard (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2012 edition);

---Delete the terms and definitions of nominal linear density, monofilament linear density, production batch and inspection batch, and modify the terminology of recycled polyester pre-oriented yarn and definitions (see 3.1, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5 in the 2012 edition);

---Adjust the performance indicators of the circular cross section (see Table 1, Table 1 of the 2012 edition);

---Increase the performance items and indicators of the special-shaped section, a separate list (see Table 2);

--- Modify the description of the weighing instrument range of the barrel weight test (see 6.5, 2012 edition of 6.5).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product identification, and technology of recycled polyester pre-oriented yarn (hereinafter referred to as recycled polyester pre-oriented yarn).

Technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements.

This standard applies to bus density of 30dtex~1200dtex, monofilament line density of 0.5dtex~10.0dtex, round, flat, Trilobal and cruciform cross-section, natural color, used for regenerated polyester pre-oriented yarn for texturing and drawing. For direct weaving or other types of recycled polyester pre Orientation yarn can be used by reference.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 4146 (all parts) apply to this document.

Recycledpoly(ethyleneterephthalate)partialyoriented yarns Polyester pre-oriented yarn produced from recycled polyethylene terephthalate as raw material.

4 Product identification

4.1 Product specifications are expressed in terms of linear density (dtex) and number of filaments (f). For example, a recycled polyester with a linear density of 167dtex and a single filament number of 36 the product specification of polyester pre-oriented yarn is expressed as 167dtex/36f.

4.2 Product identification should include. product specifications, product name, batch number and other information, which can be effectively distinguished.
