Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 42005-2005 "Silkworm Double Palace Silk".

Compared with FZ/T 42005-2005, the main changes are as follows.

- Added GB/T 6529 and FZ/T 40008-2016 (see Chapter 2) in normative references;

- adjust the feature type score (see 4.1, 2005 5.1);

- adjust the deviation of the fineness, the maximum deviation of the fineness index (see 4.3, 2005 edition 5.3);

--- redefine the flying cocoon (see 6.2.2.3, 2005 7.2.2.3);

The total number of filaments of the filament test is adjusted from 80 to 100 (see 6.2.4.3, 2005, 7.2.4.3);

- reduced the total score of the "not obvious" feature (see 6.2.5.2.4, 2005 7.2.5.2.4).

This standard is proposed by China Textile Industry Federation.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and marking of silkworm double palace silk.

This standard applies to twist and barrels of silkworm double palace silk.

3 Silkworm double palace silk specifications of the mark

Silkworm double gossip specifications are marked with "fineness lower limit/fineness upper limit" and the fineness center value is nominal fineness.

Example 1. 50/70 denier (55.6/77.8 dtex). The nominal fineness of the silkworm double palace silk is 60 denier (66.7 dtex), the silk the lower limit is 50 denier (55.6 dtex) and the fineness upper limit is 70 denier (77.8 dtex).

Example 2. 100/120denier (111.1/133.3dtex). The nominal fineness of the silkworm double palace silk is 110denier (122.2dtex), the silkworm double mousse size the lower limit of fineness is 100 denier (111.1 dtex) and the upper limit of fineness is 120 denier (133.3 dtex).
