FZ/T 42002-2021Mulberry spun silk yarn (English PDF)

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 42002-2010 "Mulberry Silkworm Silk" and FZ/T 42003-2011 "Cylinder Mulberry Silk Silk".

Compared with FZ/T 42002-2010, the main technical changes of this standard are as follows.

---The scope of application has been increased "twisted strands with a linear density ranging from 50Nm/2 (200.0dtex×2) to 270Nm/2 (37.0dtex×2) Packed or tube-packed mulberry silk", clarified that this standard is also applicable to tube-packed mulberry silk (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2010 edition);

---Modified the terms and definitions of "explicit inspection items" (see 3.1, 3.1 in the 2010 edition);

---The explanation of fineness has been deleted (see 4.1 in the 2010 edition);

--- Change the nominal fineness to the nominal linear density (see 4.1, 4.2 in the 2010 edition);

--- Change the breaking length to breaking strength (see 6.2.1 Table 2, 2010 edition 5.4);

--- Added the classification and remarks of the appearance defect of mulberry silk yarn (see 6.2.3.1 and 6.2.3.2);

---Revised the appearance quality rating regulations of twisted mulberry silk (see 6.4.5.1);

---Added the requirements for the appearance quality evaluation of tube-packed mulberry silk (see 6.4.5.2);

---Take the practice reduction rate as the selection test item (see 8.2.1.4);

---Deleted the calculation content of the standard dry weight and measured moisture regain weight of mulberry silk silk (see 8.2 in the 2010 edition);

---Added the packaging requirements for tube-packed mulberry silk (see Chapter 9);

--- Move the standard quality calculation method of mulberry silk silk into the appendix (see appendix A).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, marking, linear density classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and marking of mulberry silk Numerical rounding.

This standard applies to double strands with singeing linear density ranging from 50Nm/2 (200.0dtex×2) to 270Nm/2 (37.0dtex×2) Twisted or tube-packed mulberry silk.
