Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 40006-2011 "Test method for oil content of silkworm cocoon silk thread", this standard is related to FZ/T 40006-2011 the main technical content changes are as follows.

--- Adjusted the standard name and scope of application (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2011 edition);

--- Adjusted the description of the test principle (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the 2011 edition);

--- Increased sample requirements for silk cotton and silk spinning raw materials (see Chapters 5 and 6, Chapters 5 and 6 of the 2011 edition);

--- Adjusted the partial structure of the standard (see Chapter 7, 6.2 and Chapter 7 of the 2011 edition);

--- Adjusted the oil content calculation formula and its physical quantity representation (see 7.1, 2011 edition 6.2);

1 Scope

This standard specifies the test method for the oil content of silk.

This standard is applicable to the determination of oil content of silk silk, silkworm silk, silk spinning and other raw materials.

3 Principle

The sample is extracted with diethyl ether in a Soxhlet extractor, and then the extraction solvent is evaporated to obtain the residual grease quality, thereby calculating the fat the percentage of dry mass to the dry mass of the sample.

5 Sampling

5.1 Specimens shall be of the same batch number, same specification and same variety.

5.2 If the sample is for silk silk or crepe spinning, take 2 samples and weigh (3.0±0.3) g each; if the sample is silkworm silk, it will be from each Batch 2 take the wire barrel (twist), peel off the surface layer, take 2 samples, each (5.0 ± 0.5) g. The two samples taken were labeled with a serial number.

5.3 Each batch of silk cotton, silk spinning raw material or silkworm silk thread shall take one spare sample of the same quality (5.2).
