Foreword

Instead of the standard FZ/T 20004-1991 "anti-moth performance analysis of the use of biological methods." Compared with this standard FZ/T 20004-1991, the main changes are as follows.

--- According to the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine in 2005 "black carpet beetle" rename Appendix A "A.4 A black carpet Cultivating insects "for the corresponding name changes.

--- An increase in the detection process, the operation of the moth warning clause "4 security." Appendix A of this standard is a normative appendix.

The standard proposed by China Textile Industry Association.

This standard by the National Standardization Technical Committee Textile Wool Textile Technical Committee (SAC/TC209/SC3) centralized.

1 Scope

This standard applies to test anti-moth properties containing different ratios of animal fiber and blended textiles.

This standard applies to anti-moth specimens tested actual performance after fastness test, but also for chemical analysis Mothproof agent determines the minimum remaining amount due.

2 Normative references

The following documents contain provisions which, through reference in this standard and become the standard terms. For dated references, subsequent Amendments (not including errata content) or revisions do not apply to this standard, however, encourage the parties to the agreement are based on research Whether the latest versions of these documents. For undated reference documents, the latest versions apply to this standard.

GB/T 8170 repair value expressed about the rules and limit values and judgment Principle 3

3.1 The anti-moth treatment and non-treated samples were placed in moth larvae, dark place at a predetermined temperature and humidity conditions 14d, the weight change was measured to assess the performance of anti-moth-eaten appearance of the sample the extent of damage and larval survival situation, a comprehensive assessment of each sample.

3.2 Intensity level

Use according to different products and different countries on anti-moth strength rating requirements as follows.

First-strength. resist webbing clothes moth;

Second-strength. resist webbing clothes moth, brown house moth;

Third-strength. resist webbing clothes moth, carpet beetle furniture;

Fourth grade strength. resist webbing clothes moth, carpet beetle furniture, webbing clothes moth (L) and webbing clothes moth (Meyrick);

Fifth grade strength. resist webbing clothes moth, webbing clothes moth (L) and webbing clothes moth (Meyrick), furniture, carpet beetles, fur beetles black and brown house moth.

4 Security

Note. The following safety precautions are provided for information purposes only. Safety precautions are ancillary part of the detection process, staff not entirely package Containing account. In the detection process, the detection tests are responsible for the safe use of borers.

4.1 anti-insect bioassays entire process must be completed by a trained and experienced test subject.

4.2 Caution. As this detection process requires the use of borers, testing should wear protective clothing, and using standardized methods of operation, intended to avoid Outside moth loss, and unintended consequences around the survival and reproduction of worms, prevent environmental pollution.

4.3 detection process all waste and contaminated samples were to have security measures to deal with the killing.

5 Test material

5.1 fan cover ventilation holes have a metal container volume sufficient to allow proper contact with the sample diameter larvae and activities for container 45mm, height 10mm.

5.2 tweezers and a soft brush.

5.3 covered weighing bottle.

5.4 to 0.1mg precise balance.

5.5 circular cutting model, diameter 40mm ± 0.5mm.
