1 Foreword

FZ/T 12014-2025 was issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on 2 July 2025 and has been in force since 1 August 2027.

It replaces the earlier edition FZ/T 12014-2014, FZ/T 12030-2012, FZ/T 12031-2012.

2 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, marking, requirements, inspection rules and marking, and packaging of cotton colored yarn, and describes the corresponding test methods. This standard applies to ring-spun (including traditional ring spinning, Siro spinning, compact spinning, and Siro compact spinning), rotor spinning, and air-jet vortex spinning of cotton colored yarn.
