This part is the 14th part of DZ/T 0276.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part replaces DY-94 "Testing procedures for physical and mechanical properties of rocks 10. Thermal conductivity test". This part is mainly compared with DY-94.

The technical changes are as follows.

--- Added three chapters of "normative reference documents", "terms and definitions", and "principles";

--- Increased drying oven equipment and its temperature control range;

--- Added an informative appendix on the density and thermal conductivity of several rocks;

--- Modified the thermal conductivity test record table.

This part is proposed by the Ministry of Land and Resources of the People's Republic of China.

This part is under the jurisdiction of the National Land Resources Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC93).

1 Scope

This part of DZ/T 0276 specifies the test method for determining the thermal conductivity of rock.

This section applies to rock thermal conductivity tests in rock physical and mechanical tests.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Thermal conductivity the unit temperature is reduced by 1 ° C (or 1 K in Kelvin) when the temperature of the material decreases by the direction of heat flow.

The amount of heat, which indicates the amount of thermal conductivity of the rock.

4 Principle

After the rock thermal conductivity tester is debugged by a standard plate of known thermal conductivity, it is lightly placed on the rock sample to determine the thermal conductivity value of the sample.

5 Instruments

5.1 Diamond machine, stone cutting machine, stone grinding machine.

5.2 Rapid Rock Thermal Conductivity Tester with square, round probe and probe.

5.3 Wood or plexiglass packaging box. volume is 110mm × 65mm × 60mm.

5.4 Drying box. The temperature can be controlled within the range of 105 °C ~ 110 °C.

5.5 Dryer.

5.6 Ring cutter. height is 30mm~50mm, diameter is 40mm~60mm.

5.7 Glass, crystal, silicone rubber sheets, etc. with known thermal conductivity values.

5.8 Moisture proof probe or film.
