DL/T 890.407-2010 is the English-translated version of 能量管理系统应用程序接口(EMS-API) 第407部分：时间序列数据访问(TSDA).

DL/T 890.407-2010 — This standard provides efficient data exchange using a common interface, consider providing efficient data exchange network (LAN) as well as the delay caused across the LAN.

This stems partly from the Object Management Group (OMG) in industrial systems Historical Data Access (HDAIS) specification. OMG OMG HDAIS relying on data access facility (DAF) and OPC Historical Data Access (HDA) specification.

OMG HDAIS CORBA as a platform is a platform dependent model (PSM), OPC HDA is Microsoft COM as a platform for PSM. This section describes the technology -independent manner these PSM function [ that is, as a platform -independent model (PIM)].
