This standard specifies the test method for the moisture content of oil-immersed fibrous insulating material. This standard applies to the determination of moisture content in new and aged dry and oil-impregnated paper, oil-impregnated paperboard and white cloth tapes. This standard is applicable to the determination of water content of 0.1% to 20% of the sample.
