DL/T 1041-2007 is the English-translated version of 电力系统电磁暂态现场试验导则.

DL/T 1041-2007 — This standard specifies the organization of power system equipment (including the line) operation electromagnetic transient field test methods and procedures, preparation of test solutions, the test conditions for the development of technology, the measurement system wiring and measurement equipment and components for use, safety precautions matters, technical details and test reports test preparation requirements.

On-site testing on the ground and prevent electromagnetic interference and other issues were highlighted described.

This standard applies to the substations, power plants, with AC high voltage switching devices (including circuit breakers, isolating switches, load switches, reclosers, etc.) cast, cut power equipment and power lines, as well as in artificial electromagnetic temporary failure test state during field trials.
