1 Foreword

DB/T 19-2020 was issued by China Earthquake Administration on 21 September 2020.

It replaces the earlier edition DB/T 19-2006.

2 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for site survey and selection, observation piers, observation room and studio construction, equipment configuration and data archiving for the construction of global navigation satellite system (GNSS) reference stations. This standard applies to the construction of GNSS reference stations for crustal movement observation. The construction and transformation of other GNSS reference stations can be used as reference.
