DB/T 1-2008 was issued by China Earthquake Administration on 20 June 2008 and has been in force since 1 September 2008.

It replaces the earlier edition DB/T 1-2000.

This standard specifies the standard architecture industry standardization within the scope of the earthquake, standard components, as well as the intrinsic link between the standards. This standard applies to the preparation of seismic standards, revised plans and programs.
