Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard is the revision of CJ/T 3012-1993 "cast iron inspection manhole cover", compared with the CJ/T 3012-1993 main technical changes as follows.

--- Modify the scope of application (see Chapter 1, 1993 edition Chapter 1);

--- Increasing the normative references (see Chapter 2);

--- Added some terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);

--- Increased classification and structure (see 4.1, 4.2);

--- Removed the product model and marking examples (1993 version of Chapter 4);

--- Removed the bearing level chapter (1993 edition of Chapter 5);

--- Added material chapter proposed ductile iron material performance requirements (see Chapter 5);

--- Increase the inspection covers cover noise, anti-theft, anti-displacement, anti-fall basic provisions (see Chapter 6);

--- Increased inspection covers parts requirements (see Chapter 7);

--- Increased part of the appearance and size requirements (see 7.1, 7.2);

--- Modify the carrying capacity and residual deformation classification level requirements (see 7.3);

--- Increasing the size of the test pad size requirements (see 8.1.1.2);

--- Increasing the carrying capacity of the test point of the relevant provisions (see 8.2.3.1);

--- Increased part of the test items (see 9.3.1).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions cast iron inspection covers, classification and structure, materials, general requirements,, test methods, testing Rules, marking, packaging, shipping and storage.

This standard applies to installed in landscaping areas, sidewalks, non-motorized lanes, motor vehicles, parking, freight terminals, airports and other ground Jingjing net openings (CO) not more than 900mm cast iron inspection covers manufacturing and testing.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
