Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard is a revision of the CJ/T 39-1999 "flat grille", which is compared to the CJ/T 39-1999 main technical changes as follows.

- Added terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);

--- modified the classification of the grille, an increase of the grid structure type diagram (see 4.1, 1999 version 3.1);

- modified the model of the grid (see 4.2, 1999, version 3.3);

- to modify and add some basic parameters (see Table 1, Chapter 1, 1999, Table 2, Table 1);

- modified part of the request (see Chapter 6, Chapter 4 of 1999);

- increased the basic requirements and requirements for materials, manufacture and painting (see 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4);

- Added test methods and inspection rules (see Chapter 7, Chapter 8);

- modified packaging, transportation and storage (see 9.2, 1999 edition, Chapter 6).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and models of the grid bar grille (hereinafter referred to as grille), the basic parameters, requirements, test Methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to the manufacture and inspection of grids in water supply and drainage works.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Barbed grille trashinterceptionbarscreen A device that is arranged by a number of grids to intercept the influent debris.

Grid width screenwidth the distance between the left and right edges of the plane grille frame or the distance between the outer edges of the arcs on both sides of the curved grid.

Grid length screenlength the distance between the upper and lower edges of the plane grille frame.

Bar gap barspacing

The net spacing between adjacent two grids.
